Creamy Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping

1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c lemon juice
1 t vanilla
graham cracker crust

Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into crust. Chill. Cover with strawberry topping.

Strawberry Topping (otherwise used as a pie filling):
3/4-1 c smashed strawberries
3 Tb cornstarch
1 c sugar
1 Tb lemon juice
1/2 c water
red food coloring

Cook until mixture thickens.
For a strawberry pie, pour over fresh strawberries sliced into a baked pie shell. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
